Worth a try.. A+

I ordered 2 of these after taken the cell fuel 102 seamoss powder and they both work awesome. I mix this in the morning with purified water as a tea and it literally keeps me full for at least 4hrs. I drive over the road so food, weight, health, stiffness, leg swelling are issues I deal with. Im happy I found this although it has a strong clove flavor I don't care it helps me feel so much better.

I'm fasting 8-10hrs everyday one meal staying hydrated and drinking this I should reach my goals. It's worth a try.
